Welcome to The Retreat

Coming out of a very stressful situation, I was determined to find a way to enjoy life more. Sound familiar? I love the atmosphere of a good spa or salon, the way your shoulders ease from the second you walk in and wondered what it would be like to be in the business. In 2008, The Retreat was founded on my very personal values. It had to be somewhere I would really want to visit - a place to completely relax with high standards of care and attention - a total ``retreat``, even if it's just for an hour or so. And so, The Retreat was born!

13 years later I am still loving everything about The Retreat. We are now in Harrold and also at the Woodland Manor Hotel in Clapham with a team who have a passion for Wellbeing and Beauty!
